The Archipelago of the Marquesas Islands, a stretch of 9 islands over 1000 km². is located 1.400 km North-East of Tahiti in French Polynesia. its four main airports are : Nuku Hiva (NTMD), Hiva Oa - Atuona (NTMN), Ua Pou (NTMP), Ua Huka (NTMU).
