Located on the Challes-les-Eaux area not far from Chambéry, this aerodrome of the beginning of the 20th century is very animated thanks to gliding. It especially welcomes the Alpine Gliding Savoyard Centre mostly called the "Challes Gliders". Three others aero-clubs share the aerodrome :
