Probably the most common aerobatic training plane. It is a device that began the long line of Mudry aircraft in the 1970s. It is a derivative of the Piel Super Emeraude of the 1960s. It is entirely made of wood (the fenders are covered with plywood) and the engine is a 360 cubic inch (approximately 5900cc) injection flat 4-cylinder Lycoming derived from a engine found on passenger aircraft of the DR400 or PA28 type. It is equipped with a powered injection system for inverted flight as well as a Christen lubrication system also suitable for inverted flight. In fact, the only limit in inverted flight is that of the pilot. Load factors allowed: +5g (+4.3 at two pilots) / -3.5g Roll: 120°/second
